Kings Manor Hotel completes
Working for Les Solley Hotels (Best Western) the new function room for the King’s Manor Hotel is now complete. The design team including Norman Rough Design, McLeod and Aitken Quantity Surveyors, Dalziel Buildign Services together with Cornhill Building Services completed the work on time and to budget. Queen Street Edinburgh
On the recommendation by 3DReid Architects we have been appointed by Joint Properties for the redevelopment of an existing office block into a new hotel. The existing building has a concrete framed structure with a listed facade retention system to the north elevation overlooking Queen Street. Ryden’s are the Project Managers.

Planning Approval for Merchiston Tennis Club
At the first time of submitting we are delighted for Merchiston Tennis Club who obtained planning the other day for their redevelopment of the courts at Polwarth in Edinburgh. This approval now allows various forms of funding to be activated by the club which will in turn help with additional financial backing from other sources.
