Slates On

Our bespoke house in Gattonside in the Borders is really taking shape. Designed by A449 Ltd this house is almost wind and watertight. The large windows are currently being installed so once they remove the scaffolding we will be able to show you the completed external elevations. Images courtesy of A449 Ltd.

Top Storey in the Grange

The Top storey is now being built on our house in the Grange. Once the upper roof is on our Main Contractor John Dennis will be working on getting the building wind and water tight as soon as possible.

The Co-Operative Stromness

Balfour House - Youth Scotland

Our redevelopment of Balfour House is well underway, with the Main Contractor now gearing up for the new extension works. Project Manager is David Hood Consulting.

Firkin Lovely

The design is developing for our scheme on the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond, where the landscape and the Architecture merge around the house. Douglas Flett Architects with HarrisonStevens Landscape Architects have provided the joint images attached.

Hopetoun House Farm Completes

Our major renovation with Michael Gray Architects is virtually complete, with just the external landscaping to finalise. Richard Street were main contractors for this Grade A listed development for Lord and Lady Hopetoun.

Netherraw Mill Steading

Our project at Netherraw Mill, near Lilliesleaf in the Borders is almost complete. All that remains is the external landscaping. Many thanks to Graham Mitchell Architects for the photographs. Praise is also required to the builders Scott Lowther and Martin Anderson.

Hope Terrace

The scaffolding is up, 1st floor joists laid and 1st floor wall panels being installed. There are some mighty big windows coming!

The Helix - Aerial Site Photographs

Hart Street House

The Primary steelwork is now complete at Hart Street. The works will now progress with the ground floor concrete slab being stalled.

The Helix Park

Attached are proposed images of the Park current being built between Falkirk and Grangemouth. Our involvement is with the Facilities Building, being designed by Keppie Design with RJMcLeod as Main Contractor. Many thanks to Ironside Farrar for providing the images.

Hope Terrace

The FJI timber joisted floors, together with normal joists, are now being installed by John Dennis Ltd on our bespoke house in the Grange with Allan Murray Architects as lead designers.

Hart Street grows

Gordon Bow Fabricators are nearing completion of the primary frame for Richard Murphy’s house in the New Town. Inscape Joinery Ltd are Main Contractor on this highly bespoke house designed by Richard Murphy Architects. There are 7 separate floor levels in the house which includes 2 levels below ground and an external garden terrace.

Canon Lane

Works are progressing well at Canon Lane with the new ground floor slab almost complete. Architects are Studio Huntus working for a private client.

Firkin Wonderful

We are delighted to have been selected to work on a major transformation of a large Cottage over looking Loch Lomond, near Firkin Toll. With Project Leaders HarrisonStevens we will be working with Douglas Flett Architects to deliver a new wing to the house whilst opening up the structure elsewhere. Gattonside House

Works are progressing well for the bespoke house in Gattonside which has been designed by A449 Ltd Architects. The roof is due to be slated in the next few weeks which will then allow the scaffolding to be removed and the whole structure exposed to the world. Images thanks to A449 Ltd.
