Work is now progressing well on site for Edinburgh Academy’s new Performing Arts Centre. Using the vacated space of the old physics classrooms in the main Grade A listed Robert Adam building at the senior school. The work has involved removing the old timber floor, renovating the basement areas, installing a new 2 storey steel frame structure within a part of the building and laying a new floor suitable for being used for sports as well as the school’s main theatre space.
