The Strathaven House new build project is progressing well on site and the form of the structure is really starting to show. To preserve the open plan layout whilst resisting the significant wind loads present on such an exposed site required quite a complex steel frame construction, so good to see the detailing come together well with the clean lines preserved.
The building is noe pretty much wind and water tight, which was no doubt much appreciated by the visiting film crew from Grand Designs on such a blustery day!
