A new office building in the heart of Dundee. The site is located between Dundee City Centre, the emerging cultural quarter and the central waterfront masterplan area. The proposal seeks to integrate the development into this existing setting while also responding to the long term urban initiatives set up by Dundee City Council. There is a heavy emphasis on the potential of the project to address the importance of the public realm and assist in the creation of viable pedestrian links between the city centre and the university and cultural precinct.
