A new residential development on a site in a popular west end location. The project involves provision of a new sports facility on an adjacent site with assistance from Sport Scotland as planning gain for the local community.
The residential building will be constructed using a post-tensioned concrete frame supported on traditional strip and pad foundations. An external garden deck will be formed by the frame over basement level car parking. The adjacent sports park will have a new pavilion / changing facility with part of the jogging track crossing its roof. All pitches are design in accordance with Sports Scotland requirements.
