This Grade A listed building was constructed in 1850 as a Weaving Shed but has remained empty for a number of years. Eildon Housing Association have employed us to restore the building to create a new office for themselves. The project involves examining and surveying the existing building and designing methods to repair the building. The architect is planning a new extension to form a grand entrance to the building while the mechanical engineer is reviewing highly sustainable methods of servicing the building for which we are assisting.
